How to Pay Using Interac e-Transfer
To complete your payment by Interac e-Transfer, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app.
- Choose Interac e-Transfer from the menu.
- Add a new recipient or select an existing one using this email address:
10245162-manitoba-ltd@vennpay.ca - Enter the full order total shown on your order confirmation.
- Important: Do not include any tobacco-related words or references in the message or notes section of your transfer.
- Important: Do not save our contact as Cigarette Express or any tobacco-related words
- Confirm and send the e-Transfer.
Your order will be processed and packed after your payment has been received and accepted.
Most Interac e-Transfers are completed within 5–60 minutes, but in some cases it may take up to 1 hour depending on your bank’s processing time.
If your payment appears delayed, please check the status in your online banking and ensure it was sent to the correct email address. If you still have issues, contact our support team for assistance.
